In 2014, the Ice Bucket Challenge to benefit ALS research went viral with everyone from celebrities to regular people joining in. Kate Snow met Pete Frates and his family to find out how this movement came to be and the inspiring story behind one of its creators. This was one of the most moving stories I’ve produced that stays with me to this day. I produced the shoot, wrote the script and supervised the edit of this piece.
